Untrained, unprofessional staff.

Close to airport. Shuttle and lobby staff was great.

Room lighting not good. Internet access slow.

It's a good place for transitioning sleeping between flights. Convenient location. It's not a great place for hanging out.

The door to the hotel room did not seal so I could hear everyone as if they were in my room.

Far from city.

Great hotel for travelers or early morning flight catchers. Staff could not have been nicer and made the hotel worth it. Kind of far from Atlanta but Marta station is not far.
